First Colony Sugar Land is a large master-planned community consisting of many different subdivisions in the heart of Sugar Land, on the southwest side of Houston. Unsurpassed in amenities and conveniences, First Colony, evokes a sense of family and community. It has a unique blend of residential neighborhoods and businesses with protective architectural guidelines.

Primarily built between 1977 and 2000, most of the homes in this neighborhood are Traditional or Colonial in style with a few Meditteranean homes mixed in.

First Colony, offers a spectacle of tree lined streets, miles of walking paths, lush parks, 10 swimming pools. With convenient access to the Southwest Freeway (I59) First Colony is less than 20 miles from downtown Houston.
