Primarily built between 1997 and now, most of the homes in this neighborhood are Traditional or Colonial in style with a few Mediterranean homes mixed in. On average, these homes are two-story homes with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and approximately 3000sf with 2-car garages, and a median lot size of 9000sf.
